आधार कार्ड और पैन कार्ड का आपस में लिंक होना सरकार की तरफ से अनिवार्य हो गया है और यह अति आवश्यक है कि आप अपने आधार कार्ड को अपने पैन कार्ड से लिंक करें। इससे न केवल आपकी आयकर रिटर्न भरने में आसानी होगी, बल्कि आप निश्चित रूप से आयकर विभाग के नियमों का पालन करेंगे।

यदि आपका पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड आपस में लिंक नहीं है तो इसके लिए आपको पहले इनकम टैक्स की अधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर 1000 रूपए का जुर्माना पे करना अनिवार्य है जिसकी अंतिम तिथि 31-03-2023 सरकार की तरफ से निर्धारित कि गई है । 31-03- 2023 के बाद 10,000 रुपये का जुर्माना पे करना होगा नहीं तो आपका पैन कार्ड निष्क्रिय कर दिया जायेगा ।

पैन कार्ड निष्क्रिय होने की स्तिथि में आपका सारा वित्तीय काम रुक सकता है और आपको ITR (Income Tax Return) भरने में भी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ेगा ।

इसके बाद आपको Link Aadhar Status पर क्लिक करना होगा । जिसके बाद कुछ इस तरह का पेज खुल जायेगा

इस में आपको जिसका भी पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड का लिंक status चैक करना है उनकी डिटेल भरनी होगी और फिर View Link Aadhaar Status पर क्लिक करते ही आप अपने पैन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड के लिंक की स्थिति जान पाएंगे
